Public Transportation

Capital Metro offers service between the hours of 6am and 12am. While some routes run later into the morning hours, expect service on limited intervals. North - South routing can take advantage of the MetroRapid routes for frequent service on Austin’s core arteries. Find out more and plan your route with Capital Metro’s Trip Planner.

Austin also offers a bike share program called B-Cycle with over 40 pick up and drop off stations throughout the city.

Austin-Bergstrom Airport Shuttle

Austin Bergstrom International Airport may be reached through an efficient and cost-effective shuttle, Capital Metro’s Airport Flyer. This option (only $2!) leaves from the Airport every 30 minutes and stops at the Austin Convention Center, which is within a few blocks of many downtown hotels.
